From Mad Men to Next Gen
The creative industry is rapidly changing. But what does that mean, exactly? How does this influence the creative profession? What will the cultures of our workplaces look like? And how does this influence our work?
These are the main questions we want to get answered for you, as the industry’s next generation of talent. The industry is diverse; diverse in the people it attracts, in our ways of thinking and our ways of doing. Each agency has its strengths and accents, which convince brands to work with them. It starts with the choice between a creative team in-house or a partner agency. Then, there are a lot of different agencies: some are hyper-local and some are huge international network agencies. Then the work can be done in many different ways: from traditional storytelling as an entry point to disruptive mechanics. It can be quite confusing sometimes for brands to find their match.
But moreover, it can be hard for young talent to find the right match. Agencies try to convince young talents to represent their mission. But it goes both ways. That’s why it’s important to understand the industry and to let your potential flourish in the right environment for you. We hope to make your future career plans a little more clear during this event. See you there?!
